Ashton Graham have brought together solicitors with different legal specialisms to form a unique team with the qualities and experience that will specifically complement the motor trade. Paul Whittingham, who having worked in the motor trade himself, has a keen interest in this niche field of law and heads the Motor Group. Paul brings expertise in company commercial work, particularly buying and selling businesses, franchising and shareholders' agreements. Matthew is an employment law specialist with extensive experience in dealing with all areas of both contentious and non-contentious employment issues. Polly is a specialist in dispute resolution including sale of goods and consumer credit disputes, product liability and breach of contact claims, insolvency and debt recovery. James specialises in commercial property work including the sale and purchase of property, leases and a full range of landlord and tenant matters. Together they form a skilled team tailored for the motor industry.
