Conditional Fee Agreements 

If we enter into a conditional fee agreement with you this means that we will not raise any further invoices to you during the course of the action. If your claim is unsuccessful then you will not have to pay our costs incurred from the date of the conditional fee agreement. If your claim is successful then an order for costs should be made against the losing side. In addition to recovering our hourly rate, we will also be entitled to charge a success fee based on the time spent on the case. The success fee is discussed and agreed with you at the time we enter into the conditional fee agreement. The success fee is recoverable from the other side.
