Robert Gair

Robert is the head of our Personal Injury Department and has been a member of the Solicitors Regulation Authority (formerly known as the Law Society) Personal Injury panel since March 1994 - approximately the time that the Law Society introduced such schemes / panels. He is also a Fellow of the College of Personal Injury Lawyers and a Member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.  

Robert specialises in all kinds of accident litigation including road traffic accidents, industrial injuries, occupiers liability, Highways Act claims, product liability, and environmental injuries. Advice can be given as to the methods of funding such claims including Conditional Fee Agreements (no win, no fee).

He is a Panel Solicitor to one of the very few market providers of self-underwritten before the event insurance and a member of the Association of Motor Accident Solicitors Society (MASS).
