Richard Foyster

Richard is recognised by The Association of Personal Injury Solicitors (APIL) as a Senior Litigator and is a member of the Solicitors Regulation Authority (formerly known as the Law Society) Personal Injury panel.  He has over ten years of specialist Personal Injury Claimant work with a significant proportion of work involving high-value industrial accidents, slipping & tripping, and Road Traffic Accident claims, many of which involve serious head injuries. Richard also has expertise in claims through the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA).

Richard is the Partner in charge of the firm's Felixstowe office.

He offers a free initial meeting and can travel to a client if injuries prevent the client coming to the office.
