Richard Booth

Richard qualified as a solicitor in 2000 and has since worked in law firms in both Newmarket and Norwich. In September 2007 he moved to the Commercial Property Department at Ashton Graham and is now based in the firm's Bury St Edmunds office.

Specialising in a wide variety of commercial transactions, Richard has gained a depth of knowledge acting for both landlords and tenants in the drafting and checking of commercial leases; sales and acquisitions, licences, easements and developments.
