Matthew Potter

Matthew is an employment law specialist with over twelve years of both contentious and non contentious experience in providing advice to employers and senior employees alike. He provides commercial and concise advice being reactive to client's needs.

Matthew is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and a member of the Eastern Region Employment Tribunal Users Group. He has extensive experience in dealing with all areas of Employment Tribunal claims as well as advising on termination packages, redundancy programs and drafting staff and employee documentation on behalf of employers. He frequently presents seminars on employment law issues and writes authoritatively on his subject.
