Mark Merriam

Mark specialises in all areas of civil litigation, including in particular commercial disputes and professional negligence claims. He is also trained as a Mediator. Mark is a member of the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Personal Injury Accreditation Scheme and has been the firm's managing partner since 2001.
