Petra Sharp joins the growing team of solicitors at Ashton Graham

The partners of Ashton Graham Solicitors are pleased to announce the appointment of Petra Sharp to the Company Commercial Department in their Ipswich Office.

Petra joins the team at Ashton Graham from a well known firm of solicitors in Ipswich, where she has spent the last three years working in their commercial law department.

Having been educated within East Anglia and studying at the University of Essex, Petra joined a specialist commercial firm in London qualifying as a solicitor in 2002.

Specialising in business and share sales and purchases, commercial agreements, company reorganisations and administration, shareholder and joint venture agreements, Petra also advises in relation to corporate finance matters including security and lending issues.

Paul Whittingham who heads up the Business Law Team within Ashton Graham commented ‘We are delighted that Petra has joined the company commercial team here at Ashton Graham and I know she will be a strong asset to the expanding team of business law specialists within the firm’.
