Two New Specialists Join Ashton Graham Solicitors

Ashton Graham Solicitors are delighted to welcome Teresa Pearson to their Bury St Edmunds Office and Linda Baker to their Ipswich office.

Linda Baker joined Ashton Graham at the end of September 2005 as part of the Residential Conveyancing team based in Waterfront House, Ipswich. She already has over 17 years experience in conveyancing and studied her exams to become a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executes and later undertook her Legal Practice Course whilst working in this field. Linda was admitted as a solicitor in 2003. Within the team in Ipswich she now deals mainly with the sale & purchase of residential property but also acts for a number of local property developers, advising them on the conversion of freehold buildings to separate leasehold units; options, conditional contracts; acquisition of building plots for the purpose of development and re-sale. Linda strengthens Ashton Grahams Residential Conveyancing team to 18 staff across the three offices.

Teresa Pearson joined Ashton Graham in August 2005 specialising in Wills, Probate, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work and is based in the Bury St Edmunds office. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and a STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) member. Teresa has 8 years experience in private client work with major regional firms and further strengthens our well-regarded private client team comprising of 17 members of staff. Teresa has a diploma in Advanced Counselling Skills and is currently working towards a Bereavement Counselling diploma.
