The partners of Ashton Graham Solicitors
are pleased to announce the arrival of
Geoff Hazlewood, who joins the firm’s Corporate Department.
Geoff, who will be based at the firm’s offices in Bury St Edmunds, arrives at Ashton
Graham from a London firm. Since qualifying in 2000 he has worked both in Ipswich
and London, and welcomes his return to Suffolk where he grew up.
Specialising in company acquisitions, banking and corporate finance, Geoff has also
advised on AIM flotations and public company takeovers.
Speaking about Geoff’s arrival in the firm, Paul Whittingham, head of the Corporate
Department commented, “By recruiting Geoff we have considerably strengthened the
team’s skill base. His range of experience, combined with his local business knowledge,
will prove invaluable in supporting our clients with their business needs. We’re
delighted he has joined the team.”
The Ashton Graham Corporate Department consists of five solicitors and advises clients
from all three of their office locations along the A14: Felixstowe, Ipswich and
Bury St Edmunds.
