have a window that can be used by local charities and which the RNLI have utilised a number of times over the last year. These displays have allowed the charity to promote their local activities including their Flag Day, sea safety awareness campaigns and local fund raising activities.

Twiggy Shrubb, chair of the Felixstowe branch of the RNLI commented “We are extremely grateful to Ashton Graham for allowing us to use their window display. The position of the offices, in the main shopping street in Felixstowe, means we can get our message out to the general public and also use it as a vehicle for thanking people for their continued support.”

She continued, “Everyone at Ashton Graham is always so friendly and co-operative. We had a slight hic-up recently when another charity asked us to change our dates, as they wanted to promote an event they were organising. Bev Youngs and Joan Murton, who both work on the reception at Ashton Graham, went out of their way to ensure we were not inconvenienced. They couldn’t have been more accommodating.”

Richard Foyster, the partner in charge of the Ashton Graham offices in Felixstowe added, “We are delighted the RNLI want to recognise our support. The window is in big demand with local charities and changes on a weekly basis. This helps keep the local community informed and it is a service we are pleased to be able to assist with.”
