Ashton Graham Solicitors are pleased to announce the arrival of Dawn Cardy to their Ipswich residential conveyancing team.

Dawn joins the team of conveyancers at the Waterfront House offices from a Colchester based law firm where she worked for the last twenty-five years.

Dawn is a member of the Council of Licensed Conyenancers and will cover the broad spectrum of services associated with residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases and mortgage work.

Mark Beaton, head of the residential conveyancing department in the firm commented, ‘Dawn is a great asset to the firm and we are delighted she decided to move from Colchester to join us. She has excellent customer care skills that combined with her expertise in conveyancing, means she will fit into the team extremely well’.

The residential conveyancing department within Ashton Graham incorporates 16 people who are located between the three offices along the A14: Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds and Felixstowe.
