New addition to Ashton Graham's Company Commercial Team

Ashton Graham Solicitors are delighted to announce that Adrian Chaffey has joined the Company Commercial team as a solicitor based in the Bury St Edmunds office working alongside David Barnes, partner within the Business Law Unit.
Adrian is a strong addition to the well-respected team, recommended by The Legal 500 recently, which is headed by Paul Whittingham in Waterfront House, Ipswich.

Adrian specialises in company and commercial work, including commercial contract, joint ventures and venture capital and has in-depth experience in Private Finance Initiative transactions and work involving public/private joint ventures, particularly in the health and education sectors. He was previously with Mills & Reeve in Cambridge within the company commercial field and Bevan Brittan, in Bristol, where he was engaged in Private Finance Initiative projects for the Department of Health and the Department for Education and Skills.
