Richard Booth joins the Commercial Property Department within Ashton Graham.

The partners of Ashton Graham Solicitors are delighted to announce the arrival of Richard, who joins the firm’s expanding Commercial Property Department in Bury St Edmunds.

Rustons & Lloyd in Newmarket, where he has spent the last three years. He has also spent time working in a well-known law firm in Norwich.

Specialising in a wide variety of commercial transactions, Richard has gained a depth of knowledge acting for both landlords and tenants in the drafting and checking of commercial leases; sales and acquisitions, licences, easements and developments.

Speaking about Richard’s arrival in the firm, Toby Kramers, head of the Commercial Property Department commented, “We are extremely pleased that Richard has elected to join the team. He has spent his entire career to date within the region and has gained an extensive knowledge of the commercial market in doing so. He will complement the team based in Bury St Edmunds completely and will add to the breadth and depth of knowledge we already have within the team”.

The Ashton Graham Commercial Property Department consists of eight solicitors and advises clients from across the region on all commercial property matters. Ashton Graham’s offices are based along the A14 in Felixstowe, Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds.
